Justice for All? Addressing Systemic Barriers experienced by Victims of Color and Advocating for Change
Penn State Dickinson Law and the Steele Family Leadership Program in Gender and Racial Equity will host a virtual panel of victim advocacy experts to explore giving a voice to victims in legal proceedings, accessing and representing victims of trafficking and domestic violence, and addressing reform ideas. The discussion will give careful thought to institutionalized gendered racism as an obstacle in navigating the justice system on behalf of victims of crime. Panelists include:
