Community Strategies for Vaccine Equity for Young Children

With the approaching release of the 6th edition of Managing Infectious Diseases in Childcare and Schools which includes approved guidance on best practices related to COVID-19, Penn State Extension Better Kid Care invites you to a panel discussion featuring co-editor Dr. Timothy Shope, MD, MPH. Please join us for this informative panel discussion that will focus on effective strategies for advancing vaccine equity for young children in early childhood programs. Dr. Shope will be joined by Anna Rutins, Project Manager, CDC Partners for Vaccine Equity, Presbyterian Community Health, Presbyterian Healthcare Systems who will share examples of community strategies to support the vaccination of young children. While geared toward child care program directors, this webinar is open to anyone interested in supporting the vaccination process for young children through community collaborations.
